Figure out how to search for the resources myself using Cheat Engine Thanks to Dark Byte Help and Guidance. So For Anyone Interested the Value Type for these resources is Float use scan type: Value Between and not Exact Value. That Should Do It. Thanks for Giving my Thread a read guys
