A simple Cheat Engine table for Hearts of Iron IV that unlocks the in-game developer console in modes where it is normally unavailable.

Some commands are toggles, some affect the AI, and others may behave differently or be restricted in multiplayer. Not every command is guaranteed to work in every game version or lobby.
