Ok. So a LOT of people love using tables but have no idea how to make them. Wouldnt it be great to have a slave who could make them for you?
Well, you can. Its TOTALLY possible to use LLMs to use cheat engine for you and make a table. WTF? Yup.
Tools needed : Opencode (or similar) https://opencode.ai/ - This is used to run the AI models that'll be making your tables.
Cheat Engine MCP : https://github.com/miscusi-peek/cheatengine-mcp-bridge - This is what the model will use to connect to and use CE.
And obviously cheat engine.
Install opencode, run it and type /models and choose a free model from opencode zen (I suggest Muse Spark 1.2 but any model will do, its free). Now the model is selected you should be able to speak with it. Give it the address for the cheat engine MCP and ask it to set it up for you.
The model will then setup the MCP server. Once its done it'll almost certainly tell you to go into the file menu and select LUA, this is NOT where the LUA menu is, its in the "table" menu
with the LUA section open, choose file, load and navigate to ce_mcp_bridge.lua (the LLM will have put it somewhere, if you cant find it ask the model where the file is) press execute and you should see something like "waiting for connection" in a new box. This means you're done, now you ask the LLM to check it can use cheat engine ok, tell it the game you wanted a table for (process ID is useful but the model will scan memory for you if not.).
And thats pretty much it. If you have ZERO experience at making tables the model might do a worse job but it should still cope.
Hope this is useful to some. I use the CLI version of opencode but the desktop version should work fine too.
