Not sure, I can try. You might need to send a save file right before a boarding during battle as I don't want to play the game. A pm to a link to a reputable upload site like mega or google will suffice.

I did 5-6 test and by making your enemy ship crew 0, I was able to win all of the boarding with your save file. I think there's a better way to do this by tracing down the winning percentage, but at this point I think this would be an ok solution. ^ check post for update ct.
