I did some testing by starting a new game save file, but I couldn't reproduce the issue you're experiencing.
However, I noticed something unusual:
The Lua Engine window should automatically close after execution, but in your screenshot, it remains open the whole time.
There are three possible reasons for this:
You might have downloaded an outdated version of the table.
You may have forgotten to load the Cheat Table Lua script.
It could be related to the version of Cheat Engine you're using. I'm using version 7.6. Different versions of CE sometimes behave slightly differently, and certain tables may not work properly across versions.
My tables usually load some shared code at startup — especially for the Atelier series — due to how those games are designed. Some shared variables or functions are defined there. If the script isn't allowed to run, the table won't function correctly.
Also, regarding the "Quality" value being set to 120 — you don't need to check the box in front of it. In Cheat Engine, checking a box means you're locking the value (which is useful for things like HP/MP). If the entry has a <script> label next to it, that means it's a script. Checking it activates the script, not just locks a value.

I've been trying to reproduce the issue on my end but no luck so far. To be honest, I can't seem to recreate the problem you're having, so I'm not really sure how to fix it.
The only difference I noticed is that I'm running Cheat Engine as administrator.
Starting from version 7.6, unless you explicitly set it in Windows File Explorer, CE will launch in normal user mode by default.
That's a new behavior introduced in 7.6.

I found two spots that might be causing issues — the infinite alchemy MP and item quality setting.
They work fine on my system, but just to be safe, I’ve made a few changes to the CE Table. Can you try it again and see if it works?
If it still doesn't work, it could be due to differences in OS environment, like VBS being enabled.
But since it worked for your previous save/game, I don’t think the OS is the main cause here.

The Lua script for setting item quality to 120 seems to have some issues.
It's also possible that I messed up the container capacity setting.
Honestly, ever since I started using the table, I rarely spend time gathering anymore, so I didn't test that part properly.
As for the Dusk trilogy, the last one doesn’t have a table, and neither does Lulua (haven’t played either of those on Steam).
For reference, I’ve cleared everything from Rorona all the way to Ryza 1 on PS4 before.
