Does my table not do what you're asking? It'll give access to all the costumes, but I suppose it doesn't "unlock" them, so you'll need the cheat activated any time you need them or you can patch the game executable any time the game updates:

If I’m being completely honest I’m new to all this and when I tried downloading your cheat table it had a password and I didn’t see anywhere with the password to unlock it so I couldn’t check . I assume it works for both free and paid versions though right?

It's primarily tested on the free edition, but it should work on the full game as well.
