There is a trainer for this game, but it makes the ridiculous demand that you pay for a premium subscription just to use basic features (such as adding money).
The lists requested under 'Options Required:' are the features that the trainer has.
Here you go. This includes everything you asked for with a bit of an extra (mostly cuz I was messing around). The only thing is that instead of "Heal Boxer" you'll have HP and Stamina stats which you can edit. Do tell if something isn't working properly.
