Table, unlimited perks (or perk value)

Or a guide on how to pin down stuff like this (I cannot tell if it float, double, if encrypted or not, etc)
Much appreciated. (Other values also good too, but I cannot figure out how to track down the perks at all, and they were just added to the beta so unsure if any existing table can do it either, though none I have tried were even able to load)
Well this game is built using a proprietary game engine... I did not manage to make a "perk editor" but I handled inventory and xp/level (level adds perk points)
Make sure you turn OFF the Move Item To Duplicate option after you finish lol itll crash if you try to craft with it on etc.

Ima gonna go play with it, but curious, how DID u find any of the values? I was able to find items and (as long as i saved at a campfire) I was able to get mostly unlimited crafting mats(game would crash when I opened inventory with new 'values' but loading the save and the added items were right there)
But for perks and such, I could never find any value that matched. I spent like 3 hrs reloading old save and messing with perks trying to track it down.
