New Forum Community Released
A new community, same setup!
Dear Members,
For those just tuning on on the subject, we had a massive downfall on MIA situations and server hosting problems. To catch on on the matter, here is a copy of the announcement previously posted:

As some of you may have experienced. TheyCallMeTim13 has been MIA for an extended period of time during the last few months. On record, my last communication with him was 3/23/2022 via Direct Message on Discord. It goes without saying that there has been more enlightenment regarding the whereabouts about our founder, thanks to sources you can read more about below. In order to not turn this into a TLDR (Too long didn't read), there is plenty of chat to catch up on this matter. In short, personal matters came into play and may have affected him silently. I have tried to contact some people on CTG to no avail. I do not have him on Steam, but his last login has been significant. Last login on OCT was May 20, 2022 though there is no information I can give if this was a legit login or not.
Why State of Alert? The website is currently on borrowed time. We exist because of a debacle from another community, and right now the connection between this and those events are linked, understandably. The hosting should last us till Feb according to WhoIs listings, however, there is no access to "Founder" admin controls, no access to paypal (to check donations and assign donor ranks), No access to patreon (for the same reason). I only have basic Admin Rights, the discord server however is under my alternative account (for security reasons, I only login to it under an emergency). My main doesn't have full rights.
The email service associated to OCT, has failed hence why no new registrations are able to get verification, and without founder status unable to change the service email to send out new activation codes.
In short, we are in a State of Alert for the next month. If by then we have no further information, a State of Emergency will be initialized on the future of OCT.
