Sorry, I was mistaken, your menus don’t work at all. It’s been a while since I used them,I was thinking of the ones made by https://github.com/ermaccer. Sorry for the mix-up.

Yes, that makes more sense. i wouldn't say that it doesn't work "at all". it works fine on Windows at least for now. i will try to figure out how to make it work on Linux though, as that is something i would like to do in the future

Oh, sorry, yeah, I meant on Linux. It just doesn't let the game start.
I saw it pop up in Discord, and for some reason, I thought it was yours that I was using. Sorry about the mix-up, and keep up the great work.

I figured out how to make it work on Linux, but eh there are a few bugs that come with it. once I can fix them, i will upload a DLL that can be used on Linux. But damn there is even a bug i noticed on Windows, with the model/skin changer. i will try to fix it when I get time and upload new version soon.

try now. i think it should work on Linux now. v1.41 is the updated file that I tested on Linux

The game still doesn't launch for me. If I remove your DLL, the game launches fine. I'm using the latest version of Arch with kernel 6.16.2-arch1-1, and I’m running the standard Steam installation through pacman. The game window doesn’t even appear before the game closes.

It’s working perfectly now. I had to switch back to Xorg to get it running, but everything is 100% working. Thanks so much for all your hard work!

yes that's good to hear i was gonna say make sure to press the Insert key to toggle the menu on. it won't toggle automatically on game launch anymore. and i had similar problems when i was trying to launch the game at first, had to play around with settings. i tried different proton versions, but i think what finally made it work was the protontricks fix and silent patch and widescreen fix patch.

It doesn’t work on Wayland, but it’s working great on X11. Thanks again for everything.

hmm that's interesting. i will test around with X11 too. i'm still new to Linux, I have Fedora KDE Plasma, and i am on Wayland right now
