The first may possible but I don't study it. Again all relation data is pointer related. It's not just "Okay, I change a ID and hero is switched"
For the second: actually I can get all officer address (what current scripts does) but I'm not sure where data head is. I get basic attributes and skills data but don't check the other information. I can list the officer address. These address will be list like 1FF0278A0, 1FF027BA0, 1FF0278E0... etc.
May I ask, you will edit memory directly from the address list?

This is difficult to me.
Let's say there are 5 chars: A, B, C, D, E
A have relation with B, C
B have relation with A, C, D
C have relation with A, B
D have relation with B, E
From Each char's record:
A: B, C
B: A, C, D
C: A, B
D: B, E
E: D
If I want to add E into A's relationship, I have to add A & E's data. removal is the same.
This is not easy in real-time in-memory edit. Perhaps there will have save editor for this.
