Oh and trip report about DOOM Eternal, was wanting to play it last night/today.... 17 hour download... WHEN DID GAMES GET SO DAMN BIG.

Lol yeah games are quite big nowadays. I am constantly managing my hdd if I have to update a table for a game. DOOM eternal is a great game though from what I remember.

Probably against my better judgment to play something like this before bed (which is usually when I can get my "gaming" time in), and I'm also thinking this will make my hands sweat a little more then I'd want... , but even so, Ghostrunner looks rad as hell, it looks like Mirror's Edge, only your a killing ninja robot with a sword, sign me the heck up please Umbra!

You know, not that I never didn't have mad respect for all table makers already, but having now experienced a MASSIVE game download and its size, it really puts things in a bit of perspective in what some table makers go through into updating their tables for when a game updates. Maybe I'm just "behind the times" with my junk internet speeds, and still sporting a rather old computer with not to much storage, but either way, a little extra "mad respect" for all those that go out of their way to update their tables for us folk.

It's probably one of the reasons why a few of us don't like to make many updates or at least for free lol when you have to fuck about making room and then putting the time in to make sure everything is working on the ct. I have been keeping all mine up to date for the public for free but I did drop support for one game that I ended up helping someone else a bit with their table for the game. I did partially update the table and added more to it but people have the other table now anyway lol so I never finished and published that table update.
I am mainly on frf under a different name but when I finish with a table I keep adding shit to I will try and release some here that's exclusively here.
