Conclusion
There are no scripts that were originally impossible to activate.
I checked all the scripts in the table, and aside from those already marked with "(X)" (meaning they no longer work), every other script is still functional.
Below is just my personal rant. You can skip it.

I'm sorry, I didn't check thoroughly enough.
As an excuse, it's because activating "Turn some scripts On / off" caused the application to stop.
I did not notice the individual execution.

Maybe there is one or more scripts cause script hang. I have to check it.
EDIT: confirmed all "lived" scripts can be enabled.
