Need to adjust no power drain as radar is still affected..

Now need to fix chronosphere.
I guess I got back compares for player/nme addresses ugh working on it
If dmgmul is < 100%, damage can be calculated to zero in the rounding for some reason.
I am not injecting the the right place. it works but it is not correct.
A check has been added to, if damage is < 1, damage = 1.
Must look into this later. It all works so dw.
