I had somewhere my own retail CD, I believe version is between *0 and *3 -- currently cheat table is only for 1.0.5 -- I will try to get my CD copy with "ISOPUZZLE" and update this (if needed, might be different offset for movement speed)
Use "dxwnd" to run this in windowed/borderless mode since game engine doesn't support windowed mode at least in windows 10 (game breaks on load if game is set to be ran in windowed mode by its own engine files *.script) while at windows 11 I can't install at all (remote procedure call failed due IKernel v6).
This Cheat table contains for red shark mods:
Invincible
Firepower
Coordinates
Helicopter speed (movement/animation)
Game has access to *.script files which you can modify as you want. You can enable the game engine console by editing one of *.script files.
