[STEAM][WINDOWS] Ginga Force

This is a trainer for Ginga Force. For now, only the STEAM version for Windows is supported.
Trainer options:
Press F1 to enable/disable Infinite Ships.
Press F2 to enable/disable No Hit Mode.
Press F3 to enable/disable Unlimited Weapons.
Press F4 to enable/disable Rapid Kill.
Press F5 to enable/disable Instant Charge.
Press F6 to add 100,000 CR credits to balance.
Press F7 to freeze/unfreeze Countdown timer.
