I tried to share my (very subjective) experience with different CE communities. Hope this could be helpful for someone.

CommunityLinksDescriptionCheats Downloads (quantity, quality, easy to find)Help for table makers (tutorials, CE experts availablity)
The Cheat Engine ForumCEFExtremely useful for table makers.★✰✰✰✰★★★★★
CE subredditr/cheatengineThe best to get fast help about CE itself. No flairs. Not very easy to find something.★✰✰✰✰★★✰✰✰
Cheat The GameCTG DiscordExtremely useful for table makers. Very little cheat downloads.★✰✰✰✰★★★★★
Nexus ModsNexusThe most convenient way to find mods. Need registration to download files.★★★★★✰✰✰✰✰
OpenCheatTables.orgOCT, r/OpenCheatTablesCommunity founded by TheyCallMeTim13 (one of the authors of CE wiki) and Marcus101RR. There are only allowed open source tables, trainers. Online and paywalled cheats prohibited and could be deleted.★★★✰✰★★★★★
Cheat Engine NetLinkAlmost every table on this forum was copied from FRF or OCT with original author signatures removed. Don't waste your time.★✰✰✰✰✰✰✰✰✰
Playground.ruLinkAlmost every table on this site was copied from elsewhere but with credits to original authors. Easy to find stuff. Toxic community.★★★★✰✰✰✰✰✰
FearLess Cheat EngineFRF, r/fearlessrevolutionLots of tables. Very popular resource. Very hard to find a working table (only google search is available). There are a lot of expert table makers but there are some toxic ones. If the admins don't like you then your content could be expropriated, account banned and renamed. If you need webarchive evidence DM me.★★★★✰★★✰✰✰

These community links are NOT cheat engine communities but has some available cheat tables to download for free. Not pay walled.
So to speak Nexus mods alternatives which doesn't require in order to download mod content (something) an account (if not opposite).

I don’t know why mece didn’t give a warning on three sites, I noticed you have to go to discord to register.
Warning! All these sites will contain some fake cheat tables with mod engine malware links, paywalled cheat tables and malware trainers.
OpenCheatTables org
Cheat Engine net
fearlessrevolution com
Do not download mod engine.
Check (exe) trainers with virus scanners before use.
You can check CT files too by opening them up in notepad to check their content before you open them
With cheat engine.
Just look for “you need mod engine to get these cheats”
in the table to know it’s fake.
I don’t want to make this too long so just be safe everyone. 😁😉

To report a website that mimics another site to steal visitors, take these steps:

File a complaint with the domain registrar or hosting provider – Use the abuse contact (e.g., [email protected]) to report impersonation, trademark infringement, or malicious intent.

Report to ICANN or the relevant domain authority – If the domain abuses a trademark, file a complaint through ICANN’s UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy) for .com/.net domains, or contact the country-specific registry for ccTLDs (e.g., .uk, .us).

Report to law enforcement or fraud agencies – If fraud is involved, file reports with:

IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) – ic3.gov

FTC (Federal Trade Commission) – reportfraud.ftc.gov
