PowerWash Simulator for Xbox Game Pass edition (Most features are done via AOB so shouldn't vary too much. Mono was difficult with this game to find persistent locations):

Infinite Cleaner (Can push over to multiplayer as well)
Sprint Modifier / Movement Speed Modifier

SpiderMan Mode (Climb Everything)
Fly Toggle (set height and levitate for easy cleaning)
Player Location (modifiable)
Render Settings (can make water persistent, change colors, make the water into different materials)
Instant Clean
Infinite Water Distance / Amount
