Stubbs the Zombie in Rebel Without a Pulse

Pretty simple table, the game is fairly short afterall and not a whole lot to it
Load the game, get past the tutorial and click Enable
Enable one or all of the following:
Unlock Skills / Infinite Skills : skills will be unlocked even if the indicators don't show, access them with X,Q,F or Right Click (or controller equivalents)
No Reload/ No Overheat : when possessing a human with a gun or energy weapon, you won't have to worry about reloading
Infinite Health : Works for Stubbs, the hand and possessed NPC
Debug menu isn't really necessary but I left it there anyway
