Added Believer (Donor Level 2) Rank, this is a requested group that can be obtained after donations.
Added Disciple (Donor Level 3) Rank, this is a requested group that can be obtained after donations.
Added Enchanter (Donor Level 4) Rank, this is a requested group that can be obtained after donations.
System
Added Webhook Bot for Forum to Discord sending Cheat Table updates (@Seneekikaant).
Fixed permission system for forum, removed access to unintentional forums.
Styles
Some generic fixes were added to styles (@Seneekikaant).
