By doing tests, I succeeded with another table cheat engine to modify the items ID to have the item that I want. The only constraint to avoid freezes is to never exchange an item in your inventory for an item whose ID has more characters than your first item.
I'll let you search for the other table on the internet. You should find it easily.

most of the table doesnt work with current version but definitely subscribing to this thread as this table has much more potential then what else ive used
