When it comes down to PS2 cheats, you could go to the old usage of cheat codes from codebreaker/gameshark days.

This will help you on guiding you to cheat ANY Ps2 games. Do keep in the mind that certain cheat codes could provide some wacky effects... like inf/max health could cause graphic effects that goes across your screen. These are the old OLD way of cheating before cheat engine appeared.

The problem is that as far that I know the code for "No Random Encounters" does not exist (there is one for Shadow Hearts 2).
I don't have the skills to create it and I am searching for someone who has the skills needed.
Do you perhaps know where I can ask for someone to create a code or trainer for an emulated game?
Sadly I don't know alot of folks that does ps1 and ps2 emulators and continue to make cheats for them.
