Here are some resources to learn from. You are not going to make these things overnight.

https://www.youtube.com/@ChrisFayte
https://www.youtube.com/@StephenChapman

I would say first go learn what the cheats are called and learn english. because you don't even know what you're looking for. you keep saying "enemy invisible" when i think you mean to say enemy can't see you i.e. you're invisible to enemies (undetected/stealth). and i saw you also want no collision and walk through walls

They are in fact not the best tutorials out there. The people here who make cheats can often be more skilled, so if you have questions type in the cheat engine or help section of this forum. But you need to walk before you can run, so watch every video you can in your free time. Stephen Chapman and Chris Fayte will build you a solid foundation and get basic understanding of what you need to do. You should join the "Cheat the Game" discord, they have lots of helpful people in there who will help you with coding. Other than that, you need to take your learning into your own hands and learn outside of the usual. Videos tutorials on YouTube aren't everything.

you are not always going to find static (green) addresses, you need to learn how to find pointers

I can't give links only directions to follow...
It will be odd answer from me, but honest.

Its easy to push into wrong direction (mislead) and I want to try avoiding that. Its not a simple question to answer to and practically unethically unfair question to ask. Because people who contributed on tutorial content, which I don't know about, which would be good for you, who dedicated their time and effort, won't be mentioned...
Yet it is common question, let's say this

Since you want to write your own cheat tables there is some things you can try to do:

Cheat Engine, self has 3 Tutorial applications which are prepackaged and doesn't require? to install anything as tutorial applications comes from cheat engine's default installation. If you struggle there, you can ask help here at 'opencheattables.com' on which step you struggle to. So, to speak challenge yourself to beat tutorial else we will try to cover up.

Once that done,
Get your self into games there LUA is openly used alike Civilization V -- ROBLOX? Understand concept of LUA. Try writing modding content with Lua which game supports modding with Lua or Cheat engine also provides celua functions. Start writing Lua stuff for Cheat engine (that jump might be overkill -- it depends on person I think).
Inspect other people's cheat table works for game's that you do not own, but probably will in the future.
Get cheat engine's extensions from other people who have shared their work or do write your own. Plugins. (Help yourself out)
don't hesitate to ask for help.

aLso,
I Do not want to "reject" other people's contributions for tutorials here:
https://opencheattables.com/viewforum.php?f=11
https://opencheattables.com/viewforum.php?f=27
https://opencheattables.com/viewforum.php?f=12
https://opencheattables.com/viewforum.php?f=36
https://opencheattables.com/viewforum.php?f=17

Assembly,
As for my self I used to cheat while learning about cheats if you search "x64 Cheat Sheet" pdf. lol. It does not cover everything, but essential part is covered there. (link from Edu)

As I did? mentioned previously I used DB driver (Ultimap1) with my Lua extensions on top of it -- as last effort -- when values are unfindable by GUI, or you just can't find right values. I do not compile driver for myself since for SP cheating it is way enough and doesn't need alterations. Getting off track here.

Don't start with AAA project game's alike Grand theft Auto V, Skyrim that has open world.
Start with small linear games. Don't forget about CE tutorial that counts too.
For one takes a few games to master CE concept, another takes many applications and... time...

While also,
Try to make cheat tables there wasn’t before released to the public – no modding tools or content.
Try to find visible* vulnerabilities e.g. DEMO games which are being shipped as FULL game and try to make a patch from DEMO to full game. any_platform*db That has application size DEMO==FULL. That's also not for beginners, I think.
know what game will trend or try fill in feature request if you own the game,
this is what takes you to be cheat table creator at least this is my side of view.

In other words, try to find opportunity.
Not everything can be "applied" to you.
Everyone dragging their own “cross” ....

Get yourself an translation package for "tutorial" from https://www.cheatengine.org/download/tutorial_fr.rar
(if you are from France.)

Move from archive "/Programme et Tutoriel en Français Version 6.6.0.1/" files:

fr_FR,language

into cheat engine directory
e.g. "C:\Program Files\Cheat Engine 7.5\languages\"

Re-open cheat engine and try Help -> "Cheat Engine Tutorial"

🙂
