How to use:
1) Download an injector for example 'Process Hacker', 'Cheat Engine' (has a built-in injector), 'Xenos injector'... there are numerous injectors available. So use Google and find one. I personally use Process Hacker.
2) Download my DLL (provided in file attachment on this page [scroll down for link])
3) Run the game (or run the injector first, it's up to you)
4) Once the game and injector are running, inject the DLL file into the game process (.exe)
5) ...and you're done. any virus hits are false positives.
6) Toggle Menu - Insert key

Cheat #4 - Hold Ctrl while Left Clicking on slider to input value manually. This can allow you to go out of bounds from the set range. For example, if you set the damage multiplier to a negative value and hit your ally, you could increase their health which can ultimately act as an alternative to Ally Godmode if you hit them repeatedly enough this way.
Cheat #8 - Hit the money button(s). You can then go to pause menu to check that you received the money.
Cheat #12 - I don't recommend using this until you have beat the game. if you get all collectibles early and then on some missions you're supposed to collect transistors for example, you won't be able to collect that transistor because you already unlocked them all with this cheat. so i think you might get stuck on the mission so be careful and only use it at the end of the game.
Cheat #18 - will let your vehicle float/fly
Updates:
2024-07-29: v1.01 edited the menu so now it enables mouse interaction with the menu. and some slight design changes.
2024-08-03: v1.02 changed Money and Tickets features a little bit (it has the same output as before, just changed its code a bit). You can now add/subtract money and clicking on its related buttons will show in game notification of money being added on your screen now. added Vehicle Speed and Vehicle Fly. Also, made the menu font bigger so it looks better on 4K resolution
2024-08-06: v1.03 added Freeze Game Clock and Easy Lawn Mowing.
2024-08-18: v1.10 added Tabs in the menu, a little more organized now. added tool tips indicated by (?), added sound effects for cheat activation/deactivation for better accessibility.
2024-September-07: v1.20 added vehicle spawner, ped spawner, player ped flags (such as CanDriveCars, Immortal, UnlimitedAmmo, and Undamageable), teleport to collectible, refill player health, adding tickets can now show in game notification, player xyz coordinate pointers, changed infinite ammo code a bit, some of the hotkeys will be different as i changed them around a bit, and teleport to saved location cheats should be interactable with mouse clicks now and not just keyboard.
2024-September-10: v1.21 reverted infinite ammo code to what it was before, because the new code was causing issues.
2024-September-12: v1.30 added Damage Multiplier and Give Items (chocolates/flowers). "Get All Weapons" should now work at the start of the game even though you haven't unlocked any weapons at the beginning. Also added a way to get individual weapons that you can select from a dropdown combo box. created a Weapon/Item tab to organize those cheats.
2024-September-27: v1.31 added Save Game anywhere
2024-December-10: v1.32 fixed an issue with Super Damage, Ultra Damage and Damage Multiplier.
2025-June-20: v1.33 added font scaling so the menu looks better on different resolutions (4k too small, 1080p too large - should be uniform now). Cleanup of source code.
2025-July-12: added model changer/skin changer,fixed some UI scaling issues with widgets,font now loads from memory instead of file. less chance of font not being found on init.
2025-July-17: v1.36 added a tooltip (help marker) for info on avoiding crash issue associated with model/skin changer.
2025-July-21: v1.37 added Invulnerable cheat (aka No Collision to Npc), fixed a bug with player Ped flags.
2025-July-30: v1.38 fixed a bug with Invulnerability.
2025-August-05: v1.39 added a way to edit health and money (they are pointers). added a knockout player button.
2025-August-19: v1.40 fixed bug/graphical glitch with model/skin changer when riding bicycles. added "Give Special Weapons" and "Give Throwable Weapons" like Sledgehammer, Baseball Bat, Soccer ball, Brick etc etc.
2025-August-22: v1.41 the menu should work on Linux now. i'm using the flatpak version of Steam. i'm on Fedora KDE Plasma and using Wayland which was the default for this OS. right click Bully game in Steam and go to Properties and set this in the launch options: "WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8=n,b" %command%" without the double quotes. make sure to change the mod file extension from .dll to .asi. so it should be "DX9_BullySE.asi". make sure to have the Silent patch in the folder as well (dinput8). this ASI loader will launch my mod file along with it. in addition to the Silent patch, i also have the Widescreen Fix patch enabled for Bully. I found that the game works best with these mods on Linux. If you experience other issues for example audio issues you will need to open "Protontricks" and check/enable two things and that's 'd3dx9' and 'xact'. and if you still have issues, try using different proton versions.
