Some games Disable Achievements if using Console cheats. And with CE Table cheats you can gain achievements.

After enabling devcommands there is also a command for getting achievements after enabling cheats. Its starts with 'y' I think. 'yesiwantachievementsomethinsomethin'. I don't know if it works or not though. Just type y and press tab and it will show up by itself with command completion.
