if you find that you can't attach Cheat Engine to game process, try running Cheat Engine as admin.
tip: this is a game released in 1998. i use DxWnd to run the game in windowed mode which allows for faster Alt+Tabbing. i have the "Force win resize" setting enabled in DxWnd's video tab.
