The game loading speed is very slow. KT posted a temporary solution about to fix this. It can fix loading time too long but cannot fix others like slow item selection response in item box.
Item IDs are grabbed from new DX data.
Some scripts are not fixed because it's in later chapter.

Hmm...I see sometimes the code block is strange. I mean some code is not optimized in assembly level. Wish they will fix it in next update.
Notice: most of my tables can be only working on AVX instruction enabled CPUs (2011 Intel Sandy Bridge, AMD Bulldozer or later); Especially in this table.
